Jobs hints AT&T's 3G woes may be fixed by end of summer

<img align='left' src='http://photos.macnn.com/news/1006/jobs-d8.jpg' border='0' width='176' height='120' />Apple chief Steve Jobs during his time at the D8 conference claimed that AT&T was making a more substantial upgrade to its 3G network in the near term. He answered during the Q&A portion that things "should get better by the end of the summer" and implied that much more was in development than has been hinted so far. The CEO didn't have a precise technical explanation but likened it almost to surgery, where the situation may appear to decay before it's improved....
