GSM hack could find subscriber names, phone locations

<img align='left' src='http://photos.macnn.com/news/1004/iphone3gs-maps.jpg' border='0' width='176' height='120' />Two security researchers have unearthed a way to take advantage of GSM networks to locate and find the number of any individual anywhere in the world. Don Bailey from iSec Partners and independent security researcher Nick DePetrillo made the finding, which brings up privacy and security concerns. The vulnerabilities are neither software nor hardware related, but tie into the architecture of the network itself....
