Criminal, First Amendment lawyers join defense versus Apple

Gizmodo editor Jason Chen is noted to have hired Thomas Nolan Jr., an experienced criminal defense attorney from the firm of Nolan, Armstrong & Barton, based in Palo Alto. "I don't know whether he's the target of the criminal probe or whether they're trying to get information about sources from him," says the attorney....
